Caruso - The Voice: The Birth of Recorded Music
Directed by Simona Risi

Synopsis
The story of Caruso’s first recordings, made on 11 April 1902 in Milan, is at the center of this documentary, a musical journey through Naples, Milan and the Villa Bellosguardo museum near Florence. It is the story of research and a discovery that makes it possible for the very first time for the 10 commercially-released tracks recorded by Enrico Caruso to be listened to at the correct rotation speed of the sound carrier.
