Though disbanded, the five members of the all-female esports team Dollhouse can’t deny their passion for gaming — or their camaraderie — and decide to get the gang back together for one last shot at greatness. Facing a myriad of logistical and political obstacles, the rechristened Gamer Girls go indie, launching their own competition at a local teahouse and breathing new life into the gaming scene. However, when the e-gaming authority threatens to bar the girls from competing entirely, all bets are off and they find themselves in a vicious battle for their virtual lives.
